Function Suites

Welcome to our Function Suites Page
Our Two function suites are used for a variety of purposes, everything from Christenings, Weddings, Engagements, Retirements, Anniversaries, Birthdays and Wakes, plus many other reasons to celebrate. You will find information below on the suites and the cost of hiring a suite for a private party. Please bear in mind that the function suites are sometimes in use for club events so are not available when this is the case. 
Please note that all persons booking the function suites will be agreeing to our terms and conditions. The suites have recently been refurbished and notices and banners are not permitted to be pinned, taped or blu-tacked to the walls or woodwork. Any damage requiring repair will be charged to the person booking.
 


The Travers Suite

The Travers Suite is a large room with a sprung dance floor, raised stage and fully stocked bar. It can comfortably seat 90 but a few more can be permitted on a hire basis if required.

There is a kitchen adjacent to the Suite and buffets can be arranged for our clients. We have a standard buffet menu available, but extra items can be added at additional cost, you can take a look at the menu further down the page. 

If you haven't been to the club before, why not come in to view the suite, afternoons are best or you can call by phone to make an appointment. Hire charges can also be found lower down this page

The Gatsby Suite
The Gatsby Suite is a smaller room than the Travers, with a more intimate feel. It is very modern and can comfortably seat 40 but again a few more can be permitted on a hire basis if required.

Although the kitchen is not adjacent to the Suite, buffets can be arranged for our clients. We have a standard buffet menu available, but extra items can be added at additional cost, you can take a look at the menu further down the page.

    Standard Buffet Menu

    Our Standard Buffet is priced at £7.00 per person and includes the following.
    A choice of cold meats this cold be beef, ham or turkey.
    A selection of salads.
    Roast Potatoes
    Pork Pies
    Pasta Salad
    Crusty Rolls 
    Coleslaw
    Cheese Board (Mature Cheddar & Stilton)
    Sausage Rolls
    Quiche
    Any dietary needs can also be catered for
